Returns & Refunds

Seasonings (Food Products)

Due to food safety regulations, all seasonings/rubs sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items.

Accessories & Merchandise

Non-food items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
